It’s a wrap for the Mumbai schedule; Kartik Aaryan-starrer Naagzilla heads to Delhi for final three-week shoot

Source has been providing exclusive updates on one of the most anticipated movies of 2026, Naagzilla, featuring Kartik Aaryan. Now, we have another update to share — the filming is going smoothly and is expected to finish this month, which is February 2026.

A source told , "Director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba filmed for a month in Mumbai with Kartik Aaryan.

 On January 31, the Mumbai schedule ended, and 70% of the film is now done."  

The source added, "The team of Naagzilla is heading to Delhi this month, which is February 2026, for a three-week shoot.

 Once this part is done, the entire film will be finished."  

Naagzilla is produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and Mahaveer Jain's Mahaveer Jain Films (with Mrighdeep Singh Lamba as a partner).

 The fantasy comedy has Kartik as a shape-shifting snake and Ravi Kishan as the antagonist, as reported. Sreeleela is the female lead. Interestingly, she is also acting with Kartik in his other 2026 film, the untitled musical saga, directed by Anurag Basu.

The source also shared, "Naagzilla started filming on November 1, 2026, and will finish within four months because of good planning and hard work by the cast and crew.

 It was a tough and unique film. In between, Kartik took time to promote his Christmas movie, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri (2025), also produced by Karan Johar. But he gave 100% to Naagzilla as well. Once the shoot is done, Mrighdeep Singh Lamba will focus on post-production and make sure this film becomes an exciting and interesting movie for the audience."
