Ravi Kishan to play antagonist in Kartik Aaryan-starrer Naagzilla

Source has been sharing special updates about one of the biggest movies coming in 2026, called Naagzilla. A few days back, we told you that the movie might not be coming out on Independence Day as planned. Now, we have more exciting news from the set of the film. Bollywood Hungama has learned that the villain's role in Naagzilla is being played by Ravi Kishan.

A source told us, “Kartik Aaryan’s character is very important, and so is the villain’s in the story.

 The makers thought Ravi Kishan was the perfect fit for this role. He has always been a great actor and has shown his talent in recent movies like Laapataa Ladies (2024), Mamla Legal Hai (2024), and Son Of Sardaar 2 (2025). Ravi was very excited to join this special film and play a character that is both interesting and well-written.”

The same source added, “The scenes between Kartik Aaryan and Ravi Kishan are expected to be really exciting to watch.”

In Naagzilla, Kartik Aaryan plays a shape-shifting snake.

 The film was announced last year and was initially planned for release on August 14, which is the Independence Day weekend. However, it is now expected to come out later in the year.

Earlier, a source told , “The shooting is expected to be finished in a few months.

 Also, the film has a lot of visual effects, so the post-production process will take a lot of time. The makers and lead actor Kartik Aaryan are clear that they don’t want to rush the process. They know they have a special film on their hands and want to make sure they give it the best finish before showing it to the audience.”

Naagzilla is directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, who is known for his work in Fukrey.

 The film is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Mahaveer Jain’s Mahaveer Jain Films. This marks the first time that Kartik Aaryan is working with Mahaveer Jain, and also the first time Mahaveer Jain is working with Karan Johar. It is also the second film for Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar after Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri.
