A source told , "If everything goes smoothly, the release date of Battle Of Galwan will be included in the teaser.
This will add even more excitement for the promo because not just fans, but also the industry and trade are eager to know when Salman Khan will bring his big war story to the cinemas."
Earlier, source had reported that Battle Of Galwan might release in June or July.
Later, it was also mentioned that Salman is considering releasing the film during Eid, which would mean he would be moving back to his usual release dates since 2009.
The source added, "The film's team is looking at several dates.
Eid was a possibility, but since Dhurandhar 2 is also scheduled for an Eid release, this option is less likely. Salman Khan is a fair person and he wants to avoid any clashes with other films. He feels it's not right to take a date that someone else has already chosen. So the team is trying to find a date that's available and suitable for a big movie like Battle Of Galwan. They're now considering the summer months, from March to June."
The source continued, "There are some rumors in the industry that one of the big movies, planned for the summer, might be pushed back.
The team of Battle Of Galwan is keeping a close eye on this and is watching whether they can take that date. If that doesn't work out, they'll look for another date. The team is working hard on this and hopes to finalize the release date within a couple of days and include it in the promo. There's a small chance they might not find a good date in the next few days. In that case, the teaser won't include a release date. But they hope to find a slot and announce it through the promo."
In addition to Salman Khan, the film also features Chitrangda Singh.
Salman plays the role of Colonel Bikkumalla Santosh Babu, based on a chapter from the book "India's Most Fearless 3" (2022), written by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh. The film is directed by Apoorva Lakhia.
