Actor Salman Khan is well-known for his acting and his work in helping others. He recently supported people who were affected by floods in Punjab. His organization, Being Human Foundation, sent five rescue boats to help with relief work in the area.
Out of the five boats, three are being used right now to rescue people, bring food, and help volunteers.
The other two boats were given to people at the Ferozepur border, showing a good teamwork between the foundation and local officials.
Deepak Bali, Chairman of Punjab Tourism, said that the foundation also wants to help border villages near Husainiwala once the situation gets better.
This shows Salman Khan's ongoing support for communities during tough times.
