Param Sundari box office update
On Sunday, Param Sundari made ₹10.25 crore net in India, which is an 11% increase compared to Saturday and almost 40% more than its opening day on Friday.
This brings the film's total earnings in India for the opening weekend to ₹26.75 crore net (₹32 crore gross).
According to trade sources, the film is doing well in overseas markets too, especially in the US and the UK, where Indian family dramas and romantic stories usually do well.
The film has made over $1.1 million overseas, which is about ₹1 crore. This brings the total worldwide earnings for the opening weekend to ₹43 crore. Param Sundari has now crossed the lifetime earnings of Dhadak 2, the latest romantic drama from Hindi cinema. Dhadak 2 made â¹36 crore globally, but Param Sundari is still far behind the record set by Saiyaara, which earned ₹117 crore in its first three days and went on to make over ₹570 crore.
Param Sundari seems to be on its own path.
How well it continues will depend a lot on its performance on the first Monday.
