Toxic Advance Booking: Yash starrer sells 1,40,000 tickets across National chains; aims at Rs. 35 crore opening day

The movie Toxic, starring Yash, is doing really well at the box office in Hindi. It's selling tickets with a lot of energy. As of Monday at 10:30 PM, it has already sold 1,40,000 tickets across the top three cinema chains - PVR Inox and Cinepolis - and is expected to sell up to 2,50,000 tickets in total.

This early success suggests the film could make between Rs.
35 crore and Rs.40 crore, which would be one of the biggest openings ever for a South Indian film dubbed in Hindi. When bookings began on Friday, it looked like the film could sell 4,00,000 tickets in the national chains, but the pace slowed a little on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

The film is doing well even outside the big chains, especially in single-screen cinemas in smaller cities.
It's expected to attract a lot of viewers from areas where Yash has a big fan base, thanks to the huge success of his previous films like KGF and KGF 2.

This opening is already the fourth biggest for a dubbed Hindi film, behind Pushpa 2, Baahubali 2, and KGF 2.
In fact, it's the biggest start for a standalone film not part of a franchise in Hindi, showing just how much Yash is loved by Hindi audiences. If the film continues to perform well, it's set to have a very successful run at the Hindi box office. The future looks very bright for Toxic.
