After Akshay Kumar, Anees Bazmee in talks to direct Kartik Aaryan again in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4

The Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise is one of the biggest horror comedy series in Hindi cinema, and every movie has been a hit.The first movie came out in 2007 with Akshay Kumar as the main actor, and the next two films featured Kartik Aaryan.After a successful trilogy, the franchise is now preparing for a fourth movie.

According to reliable sources, Bhushan Kumar and his team are working on ideas for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4.

"Bhushan Kumar wants Bhool Bhulaiyaa to be the biggest franchise in India, and he has started gathering ideas for the fourth movie.Kartik is also involved in the creative process to come up with the best possible story for the fourth film, as he is really excited to play Rooh Baba again," a source said to Bollywood Hungama.

The source also said that the famous comedy director, Anees Bazmee, is being considered to direct Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4.

"Similar to the second and third movies, Anees Bazmee is expected to direct the fourth one as well.The discussions are ongoing as the money details are being finalized.Anees will return to direct Kartik Aaryan as Rooh Baba in BB 4," the source added.

Anees is currently working on his next film with Akshay Kumar, and after that, he will start working on the creative development of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4.

The makers plan to start shooting for BB 4 in the second half of 2027.
