Peddi trailer launch: Ram Charan praises Divyenndu: “He has got swag, a certain body language that I’d like to develop!”

SRam Charan, Janhvi Kapoor, Divyenndu, director Buchi Babu Sana, producer Venkata Satish Kilaru, and cinematographer Ratnavelu all attended the trailer launch of their movie Peddi at a cinema in Mumbai. Divyenndu is playing a negative character, but he and Ram Charan had a great connection behind the scenes. Both of them spoke very positively about each other at the event.

He repeated the same statement again.

Divyenndu thanked the team for Peddi, saying, "Buchi sir was so warm towards me.

Ram garu, you are just amazing, man. What a guy you are! Thank you so much for your love and warmth! Peddi looks smashing. Janhvi, you look stunning. I am sure this is a different part that you've played this time and it looks promising. Rahman sir, it's an honour to be in your presence!"

Divyenndu's role as Munna in Mirzapur has become very popular.

When asked what Munna would say if he met Peddi, Divyenndu smiled and replied, "Peddi is already a complete guy. Woh sab kuch kar sakte hai. I guess Munna would simply say, 'Saath milke gang banate hai'!"

Later, Ram Charan also praised Divyenndu.

He said, "Thank you, man. You're a gangster! He has such a giant personality. The way he carries every dialogue and expression, he has got swag. He has a certain body language that I'd like to develop!"

He then praised Janhvi Kapoor, saying, "I have not seen such a diligent person in my life.

The way she is working so hard. On the last day, we shot a song. I didn't have time because I was shooting for 85 days continuously. Then, the song shoot came up. I was learning the steps and meanwhile, she did the dance 100 times better than me. She was like a Chhupa Rustam. She was quietly learning in Mumbai. I liked her dedication. She's very sincere about her work."

Ram continued, "My dad (Chiranjeevi) and Sridevi ma'am have worked together.

It was a wish for a long time of my family and fans who appreciated our parents coming together; it was a nostalgic thing for all of us. This pair will not disappoint you guys."

Ram Charan then revealed, "My dad saw parts of Peddi.

He told me, 'You can't have a film like RRR, Magadheera every year. It takes a while. Please relish every moment of this film as you're not going to get a film like this again.' Magadheera happened in 2007, Rangasthalam in 2018. Luckily, thoda jaldi aa gaya yeh film (smiles)."

Peddi releases in cinemas on June 4.
