The REAL REASON why Aditya Dhar is releasing Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar in two parts

Source made a big noise in the industry by revealing that Aditya Dhar and Jio Studios have decided to release their upcoming movie, Dhurandhar, in two parts. Many people didn't believe the news at first, but after checking with several sources, the story is confirmed. Now, source brings you the real reason behind this decision.

Contrary to what some people think, Dhurandhar was always supposed to be a single movie.

However, Aditya Dhar filmed much more than initially planned. "The characters and the world of the film have a lot of depth, so Dhar shot all the scenes with his own belief. He thought he could finish the film in one part, as all films go through changes during production. But when he watched all the footage, he realized it was hard to fit everything into one movie," a source.

The same source explained, "The film naturally turned into a two-parter because of the story's needs.

In the first week of October, Aditya Dhar and Jio Studios decided to split the movie into two parts. A film of this scale deserves to be shown in a longer format. It wasn't originally planned as a two-parter, but it ended up being one. Both parts will have their own start, middle, and end, as every moment in the story is a climax. This gives the audience a thrilling experience."

The decision was made after the entire shoot was completed, and only after watching all the footage did the team realize how much material they had.

Splitting the story was a smooth process, and the result is even better. "If it had been one movie, it might have looked rushed. The makers are confident the first part will keep audiences excited for more. The first part will set up the story, and the chaos that builds up in the sequel will bring twice the excitement and tension. In short, with so many characters and a complex story, it's hard to tell everything in one film."

Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar also features Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal in lead roles.
