Deepika Padukone’s role in Atlee’s AA22 x A6 with Allu Arjun trimmed? Here’s what we know!

Recently, Deepika Padukone has been in the news not just for her new movies, but also for the discussions around them. After leaving the film "Spirit" earlier this year and stepping away from "Kalki 2898 AD" due to disagreements about payments and working hours, she is now in the spotlight again because of her upcoming projects. She recently started filming "King" in Poland with Shah Rukh Khan. Now, reports say she will begin shooting Atlee's much-awaited film "AA22 x A6" with Allu Arjun in October, right after finishing "King."

A report from Mid-Day has clarified rumors about her role being reduced in the ensemble film.
According to a source, it said, "There is no truth to the rumors that Deepika's screen time has been cut. Her role hasn't changed from what she was offered when she joined in June. She has a strong part that is crucial to the first and second acts of the story."

It is reported that Deepika has scheduled her shoot from late October to the end of December.
The first part of the schedule will introduce her character, followed by big action scenes in November, including a chase sequence designed by Atlee with a South Korean stunt team. In December, the production is expected to move to the UAE, where Deepika and Arjun will film a key plot twist and emotional scenes.

The sci-fi action film is said to explore themes of time travel and features Allu Arjun in multiple roles along with an ensemble cast including Rashmika Mandanna, Janhvi Kapoor, and Mrunal Thakur.
The presence of so many leading actresses has led to speculation that Deepika's role is a cameo, but insiders say otherwise: "It's not a cameo at all. Her character is central to the story. Every actor has a clearly defined role."

For now, fans will have to wait for Deepika Padukone to officially confirm the start of her shoot.
