Taran Adarsh praises Ranbir Kapoor's versatility
Adarsh said that no one can match Ranbir Kapoor in terms of versatility and performance. "Whenever I speak about Ranbir Kapoor, I always think he is a very special person. "Apart from Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan and the massive impact they have, if there is one actor in Hindi cinema who you have to look out for, it is Ranbir Kapoor," Adarsh said. He revealed his admiration by comparing Kapoor with his contemporaries, noting that actors like Ranveer Singh, Kartik Aaryan, Varun Dhawan, Siddharth Malhotra and Tiger Shroff have contributed immensely, but Ranbir stands out. "I think Ranbir Kapoor is way ahead of you all," Adarsh added, stressing that he has no qualms about expressing his opinion, regardless of industry norms on political correctness. Ranbir Kapoor's performance in Animal: Highlights Talking about Animal, Taran praised Adarsh Kapoor's performance, especially the sensitivity and depth he brought to the role. "I think Animal is a great film. If you look at Ranbir Kapoor's body of work - Sanju, Barfi, Animal - you can see his range as an actor," Adarsh explained. He said he has seen Animals four times, though he was initially unable to watch the film in theatres due to undergoing major surgery last year. "As I wasn't able to see Animals in cinemas, I watched it on digital platforms. I must say that every time I watch it, I find myself discovering something new," he said.

Adarsh praised the sheer emotional power of two scenes in Animal in particular. "There's a scene where Ranbir walks towards his sister and looks at his brother-in-law, while his father Anil Kapoor looks on from the side. There's no dialogue, just a look that communicates. "That's the mark of a strong actor," Aadarsh explained.

He also spoke about another powerful scene in which Ranbir's character swaps roles with Anil Kapoor, revealing the depth of their relationship. "When he says, 'Sang raha hun, baera nahi hun,' I get goosebumps every time I see it," he said.
