Akshay Kumar and Karan Johar announce Rs 100 crores investment pool for Pitch To Get Rich Season 2

After a successful first season that helped new fashion brands get funding, guidance, and quick business growth, Pitch To Get Rich is coming back even bigger in Season 2.

The Fashion Entrepreneur Fund (FEF), supported by Akshay Kumar, Karan Johar, and a group of top investors and industry leaders like Ravi Jaipuria, Naveen Jindal, Gaurav Dalmia, Sonali Dugar, Manju Yagnik, and FEF Chairman Vagish Pathak, has started accepting registrations for the second season of India's first business reality show that focuses on fashion.

They have announced a big Rs 100 crores investment plan for promising fashion businesses across the country.

This new investment fund is 150% more than what was offered in Season 1, making it one of the biggest funding chances for Indian fashion entrepreneurs.

The show is designed to find and support the next generation of fashion innovators.Founders get not just money, but also help from experienced people, guidance, links to the industry, and long-term support for their businesses.

Season 1 showed how effective the FEF's unique model is.

Many brands that joined the show like Love Kiki, Banana Club, DMO Dot, and others had major successes after participating.For Season 2, FEF is ready to find and support the next wave of fashion entrepreneurs who are looking to grow their businesses and create well-known brands.

Applications are open to founders in different areas such as clothing, shoes, accessories, couture, sustainable fashion, direct-to-consumer brands, and new lifestyle ventures, as long as they have strong growth potential and scalable business models.

Salman Khan in talks with Farhan Akhtar for two-part historical Epic

 Salman Khan's upcoming film projects are getting bigger and more exciting.He recently signed on for an action-comedy film with the director duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K.and is also filming an untitled movie directed by Vamshi Paidipally, which stars Nayanthara.Now, there's new news about another big project in the works.

This could be their first time working together.A source close to the project shared that Salman and Farhan have been meeting for the past month, discussing the idea.The source said Salman is really excited about the project and has shown a lot of interest in it.

Although the talks are still in the early stages, both sides are excited about the possibility of working together.

If this project moves forward, it might be one of the biggest films in Salman Khan's career.The film is expected to be a grand period action drama based on a very important figure in Indian history.The project is planned as a two-part story.

The film is set to be produced by Excel Entertainment, which is run by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani.

If everything goes well, production could start in the summer of 2027.

This comes at a busy time for Salman Khan.

He is currently shooting his untitled film with Vamshi Paidipally and Nayanthara.He is also set to start working on Raj and DK's action-comedy movie in October 2026.The film is about a superhero who is retiring and promises a mix of action and humor.

Meanwhile, Salman's project with director Apoorva Lakhia, titled Maatrubhumi: May War Rest In Peace, is still not officially confirmed, and there's no update on when it might start production.

Ravi Kishan says Maa Behen freed Triptii Dimri from her Animal image: “Thank God this film came into her life”

Triptii Dimri has been mostly known for one role for almost two years.Ravi Kishan thinks that part of her story is now over.

Ravi Kishan said the film Maa Behen helped Triptii Dimri move away from her image as the character from Animal.

He said, "Thank God this film came into her life."

Ravi Kishan praised Triptii Dimri for her versatility.

The actor, who worked with Triptii in Maa Behen, talked about how the Netflix film changed how people saw her.In an interview with NDTV, he said the project gave viewers a chance to see her acting in a different light, beyond the image created by Animal.

He felt relieved that she finally had a role where she could show a different side of her acting.

"Thank God this film came.Thank God Tripti Dimri’s life got this film, Maa Behen, which took her out of the Animal image," he said, explaining that the film helped her break free from the role that made her famous.

From Animal's Zoya to a new identity  

Triptii’s big break came through Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s 2023 movie Animal, where she played Zoya Riaz, a woman connected with Ranbir Kapoor’s character Ranvijay Singh.

Although she didn’t have a lot of screen time, the character made her a major talking point online, giving her the "national crush" label.

The role also received some criticism for its intimate scenes, which led to discussions about her creative decisions.

Madhuri Dixit's underrated performances, according to Ravi Kishan  

Ravi Kishan also highlighted Madhuri Dixit, saying her acting is often overlooked because of the huge success of her songs.

He mentioned songs like "Dhak Dhak" and "Choli" as examples of hits that overshadowed her more skilled performances.

"Madhuri ma’am’s name is so big.

Songs like 'Dhak Dhak' and 'Choli' became so popular that her best performances got forgotten.Thank God this film came along.It reminded people that she also did romantic films and that she has given so many different kinds of performances.This film has done a great job," he said.

Maa Behen is directed by Suresh Triveni.

It stars Madhuri Dixit, Triptii Dimri, Ravi Kishan, Dharna Durga, Geetanjali Kulkarni, Arunoday Singh and Shardul Bhardwaj.The film premiered on Netflix on June 4, 2026, and keeps getting attention for its performances and character development.
