CBFC clears Drishyam The Conclusion WITHOUT a single cut; is 8 minutes longer than Drishyam 2

The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) is often criticized for asking for cuts that are seen as unnecessary or unfair.However, last week, it surprised everyone by approving the movie "The Vvaan" starring Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia without any changes.This week, the CBFC seems to be continuing this trend, as seen from the censorship details of "Drishyam The Conclusion."

Source has learned that "Drishyam The Conclusion" has been given a U/A 16+ certificate by the CBFC.

Notably, the examining committee did not ask for any cuts or changes to the audio or visuals.Sometimes, the CBFC asks filmmakers to include the title and credits in the film's language or add an anti-drug message at the start and during the break.In this case, these changes were not requested, and the film received a clean U/A 16+ certificate.

The censor certificate for "Drishyam The Conclusion" was given to the makers on September 28.

The certificate says the film is 150 minutes long, which means it runs for 2 hours and 30 minutes.

This makes "Drishyam The Conclusion" the second film in the franchise to get a U/A certificate without any cuts, the other being "Drishyam 2" (2022).

It is also the second-longest film in the franchise."Drishyam" (2015) lasted 162 minutes, while "Drishyam 2" was 2 hours and 22 minutes.

"Drishyam The Conclusion" stars Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran, Jaideep Ahlawat, Prakash Raj, Rajat Kapoor, Ishita Dutta, Mrunal Jadhav, and Kamlesh Sawant.

It is directed by Abhishek Pathak and produced by Alok Jain, Ajit Andhare, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and Abhishek Pathak.The film is set to release in cinemas on October 2.
