Kala Hiran producer Amit Jani reacts after Delhi High Court adjourns Salman Khan’s plea till July 6: “Will release in 8000 cinema halls”

The legal fight over the film *Kala Hiran: The Battle for Legacy* has taken another turn after the Delhi High Court postponed the hearing on Salman Khan's request to stop the film's release until July 6.This latest hearing didn’t result in any temporary order stopping the film.As a result, the film’s producer, Amit Jani, responded publicly on social media.

Amit Jani commented after the court adjourned Salman Khan's plea: "Will release in 8000 cinema halls."

Salman Khan has filed a case with the Delhi High Court, claiming that the film violates his personal rights by making direct references to him and his private life.
He has taken issue with the film's promotional material, saying it features a lookalike wearing his signature blue bracelet and mentions his 1998 blackbuck poaching case, as well as his alleged conflict with gangster Lawrence Bishnoi.

Amit Jani responded on X shortly after the court proceedings, stating that Salman Khan hasn't received any relief from the court.
He wrote, "Salman Khan still hasn't received relief from the Delhi High Court today, no ban on the film, the hearing has been adjourned till July 6.I had said earlier too that for the court, there is no star, nor do they acknowledge any glamour.Just by calling oneself the father of Bollywood, the blackbuck won't stop. This will release in 8000 cinema halls and simultaneously across the whole world."

During the hearing, the lawyer representing the producers informed Justice Jyoti Singh that *Kala Hiran: The Battle for Legacy* has not yet been sent to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) for approval.
When the court asked if the film was planned for release, the lawyer clarified that it wasn't.The lawyer also mentioned that no film can be released without getting CBFC approval and assured the court that the producers wouldn't approach the censor board before the next hearing date.

Taking note of the submissions and noting that the producer's response hadn't been officially recorded, the court postponed the hearing on Salman Khan's request for a temporary ban on the film to July 6.
