It's not just raining outside with the sky full of clouds, it's also raining at the theatres, especially with every Friday bringing one or two new movies.It's a really busy time for movie lovers, and this Friday marks the release of the big one, Dhamaal 4.It's another major comedy with a big star cast coming out in quick succession after Welcome To The Jungle.In fact, this is the third comedy series to reach its fourth part after Golmaal and Housefull.
The advance bookings for the movie are good, but as we've seen with Welcome To The Jungle, it's often the last-minute bookings that make a real difference, and the same is expected for Dhamaal 4.
This is a successful franchise with Dhamaal and Double Dhamaal doing really well, and Total Dhamaal smashing the box office.So, it's expected that Dhamaal 4 will also do well, especially with a huge cast including Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, and Javed Jaffrey, along with many other supporting actors.
Right now, the opening is expected to be around Rs.11-12 crores.As is the case with most movies these days, it's getting harder to get people to watch in theatres, so a double-digit opening is now considered a good start.This is what's expected for Dhamaal 4 too.The momentum will depend on how funny the movie is, and that will decide whether it does better on Saturday and Sunday.The industry needs more successful films, and Dhamaal 4 has the potential to be one of them.
