Ranveer Singh’s team reacts to FWICE ban over Don 3 controversy: “He has consciously chosen to maintain silence”

Actor Ranveer Singh has finally responded to the ongoing issue about his reported exit from the movie Don 3 after the Federation of Western India Cine Employees, or FWICE, said they would not work with him until the matter is settled. His team released a statement explaining his position and clearing up the confusion that has been spreading online.

The controversy started when it was reported that Ranveer Singh had stepped back from Don 3 just weeks before the film was set to begin filming.

 He was announced as the new lead of the franchise in 2023, taking over the popular action series that was backed by Excel Entertainment and directed by Farhan Akhtar.

After some reports came out, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, the producers, filed an official complaint with industry groups.

 This led to FWICE taking action against Ranveer Singh.

Now, Ranveer Singh's team has made a detailed statement, saying that he has chosen to stay silent throughout the entire situation out of respect for everyone connected to the franchise.

The statement said, "Ranveer Singh respects the film industry and everyone involved in the Don franchise.

 Throughout the recent developments with Don 3, he has chosen to stay quiet, believing that professional discussions and personal matters should be handled with dignity, maturity, and mutual respect."

The spokesperson added that even though there have been many stories and guesses, Ranveer didn't feel the need to get into public arguments or explain every rumor.

"They have not felt it necessary to respond publicly or add to the speculation.

 His focus remains on his work and future commitments," the statement explained.

The team also said that Ranveer still respects all those involved in the Don franchise and wishes the film success.

"He continues to have deep respect and good feelings for all those involved and sincerely hopes the franchise has continued success.

 Choosing to be calm and graceful in these moments has always been a choice he has made, and he will continue doing so," the spokesperson concluded.

This statement has made the discussion about Don 3 even more heated.

 Some fans appreciate Ranveer's choice to stay silent and keep things dignified, while others are still curious about what might have caused the conflict between the actor and the filmmakers.
