Shine Tom Chacko arrested in NDPS case; has been granted bail

Malayalam actor Shintom Chakko was arrested and was granted a deposit last week in a drug case that was under a Kerala police scanner. The development comes just after defendant Vincy Aroshuas Chacco, who was difficult to take with her under the influence of drugs.

Reports revealed that Kochi police had considered the suspected drug racket and were recorded at a hotel attended by Shintom Chacco. During the drug attack, the actor was seen trying to escape from the facility, but no drugs were found on his property at the time. However, the authorities have decided to continue the investigation based on the circumstances. Kochi's Chacco police called for an investigation on Saturday. After an investigation that lasted more than four hours, the actor was arrested in accordance with Section 27 (consumption of drugs or psychotropic substances) and 29 (bet and criminal conspiracy) of Drugs and Psychotropic substances (NDP). He was later given a deposit on the same day.

The incident has attracted considerable attention, especially considering recent allegations by actress Vinci Aroshuas. The Rekha actress condemned previously inappropriate behavior in the ruling of the project she filmed, claiming that he was under the influence of drugs. However, Vinci officially withdraws her complaints.

In his description, Vinci said he felt disappointed with the organization that ensured anonymity during the course of the investigation. She said that the leaks of sensitive information to the media influenced her and Chacco's identity, assuming her trust was broken. As a result, she decided to withdraw from the complaint.

Shine Tom Chacko has yet to give an explanation of the release, but the incident once again sparked a story about drug use and fraud in the Malayalam film industry. If the NDPS case is currently active, the authorities are expected to continue their investigation and hope for further development.
