Ranbir Kapoor praised Bhansalis' creative championship

During today's media interaction, Ranbir Kapoor expressed deep praise for Sanjay Leela Bansalis' working morals and artistic vision. "I was working with Sanjay Leela Bhansari 17 years ago. I can say that in order to work with him again, I have not been influencing people who work that much with people who understand characters, emotions, music, Indian culture, Indian value systems, etc. The actor, who debuted under Bhansari in the romantic drama Sawarya in 2007, has lifted the filmmakers' promotional approach. Ranbir's comments come as he prepares for a leading role, ready with Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal In Love, a highly anticipated project to be released on March 20, 2026.

A discouraged but satisfying experience with the Bangsari set
While Ranbir praised Bansalis' brilliance, he also recognized the challenges of working with the perfectionist director. "Being on his set is tired and long. The process can be a bit disappointing," he admitted. However, he explained that the actor's efforts will pay off those looking for artistic fulfillment. "At the end, as an artist, it's very satisfying, so he really promotes art. As an actor, it's been amazing up until now," added Ranbir.

This is not the first time Ranbir has spoken about the strict process of Bansalis. During Sawariya's promotion, he was exhausting other Bhansari employees, such as Deepika Padukone and Aishwarya Rai Rai Bachchan, explaining the director's attention to detail in a way that was stimulating and similar to his stimulating sensation.
