At the point when Shekhar Suman, during a new connection, was gotten some information about the supposed resentment issues of Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the entertainer commended him for his work, adding that he can seem to be a stickler some of the time. Sharmin Segal, his niece, disagrees, adding that he is above that because what he looks for in his work is to create magic. Sharmin told News18 Showsha in a recent report, "It's the kind of a word that an outsider who has never worked with him, been on his set, and seen the kind of director that he is will use."

She made sense of, "He adjusts to change well indeed. He enjoys testing himself with various things. He doesn't care about being perfect. He seeks spontaneity, magic, and rawness. What's more, on the off chance that he was just a fussbudget, he could not have possibly treated suddenness and intuition the manner in which he does. He truly values those things. As a result, I wouldn't classify him as a strict perfectionist.

She went on to say, "He's a hardworking man, whose perseverance is unmatched," and that one cannot box SLB's work. Accordingly, you've to give your hundred percent to coordinate to him and he pushes and anticipates something similar from individuals around him. He is giving it his all and churning out all of his creative ideas. Sanjay Leela Bhansali is referred to as a "perfectionist," but the filmmaker is far more than that. She also addressed rumors that the filmmaker had anger issues and was accused of mistreating people on set. She elaborated by stating, "He treats technicians, spot boys, and camera people with a great deal of respect." In the background, we don't recognize it [the work set forth by the crew]. Actors belong to a privileged group. We are unaware that the art and lighting teams arrive three to four hours before we arrive at the set and leave only after removing everything.

She also said that workers are willing to work extra hours for him because they love and respect the filmmaker. Most sets don't even notice that. However, on Sanjay sir's set, workers are willing to work an additional two to three hours beyond twelve. They do it because of regard for himself and for what he's making. This does not appear to take place anywhere else. That is the reason, I think reducing him down to a 'volatile fussbudget' is a piece fundamental," she finished up.

Talking about Heeramandi, the show gloats of a group cast including Sonakshi Sinha, Manisha Koirala, Richa Chadha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Fardeen Khan, Sanjeeda Sheik, Adhyayan Suman, Taha Shah Badussha, among others. The show is scheduled to debut on Netflix on May 1
