Actor Rishi Kapoor passes away, Amitabh Bachchan confirms

A day after Irrfan Khan's passing, veteran on-screen character Rishi Kapoor has died at 67 years old. His demise was affirmed by his associate and dear companion Amitabh Bachchan on Thursday, April 30, 2020.

Big B tweeted, "He's GONE .. ! Rishi Kapoor .. gone .. just died .. I am demolished!"

Rishi Kapoor's sibling Randhir Kapoor affirmed on Wednesday that the on-screen character was in the medical clinic. He said that Rishi isn't well and that Neetu Kapoor is close by.

Rishi Kapoor had come back to India in September a year ago in the wake of being treated for disease in New York for almost a year. While he was in New York, his significant other Neetu Kapoor was close by all through. His child Ranbir Kapoor and supposed sweetheart Alia Bhatt would frequently visit the weak Rishi Kapoor.
