Sikandar makers voluntarily cut 14.28 minutes of the film after getting censor certificate; Salman Khan singing ‘Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Yeh’ trimmed by 11 seconds

Yesterday, Bollywood Hungama reported only that Salman Khan star Sikandar was adopted on March 21st with a 13+ certificate in the Central Film Certification (CBFC). According to the censorship certificate, the duration was 150.08 minutes, 2 hours and 30 minutes and 8 seconds. However, according to certain exhibitions, the film informed readers that the final length of the film was 2 hours 15 minutes 46 seconds. 

 

After receiving the certificate, Bollywood Hungama learns that the manufacturer of Sikandar has approached CBFC. This is because it reduced the duration of some scenes throughout the film. According to the rules, CBFC must be notified after the issue of a certificate has been made in a film of the film. Therefore, the CBFC was dealt with and approved the film with additional volunteers. 

According to the spontaneous cut list, the trimming took place in 26 scenes. Four of these scenes last over a minute. The "Offer Oakato Keba Harta" dialog scene has been reduced. The 26-second scene, which was completely derated with the "Chaar Miss Call ... Chalo Rajkot", a 12-minute scene with the dialogue "USSE Leke Aata Hoon", and a 4-minute scene with the dialogue "Aa aye aa aa aagae", a 26-second scene with the dialogue "26-second scene" completely derated. 

The remaining scenes are less than 60 seconds. The scenes of Sanjay (Salman Khan) singing "Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Yeh" were cut in 11 seconds. The sequence of the Aate Rahenge dialog from TOH disappeared for 56 seconds. The interaction between the Holy Shot scene and "Yeh Sirf Sample Tha" has been reduced by 40 seconds. 

A total of 14 minutes and 28 seconds of the film has been expanded by the creators. Regarding the addition, it included a 7-second Sanjay response record. 

After these changes, Sikandar's final term of office is 135.47 minutes, or 2 hours, 15 minutes, 47 seconds. The CBFC approved these changes on Monday, March 24th. The film will be released in theaters on March 30th.
