Akshay Kumar Scores his Fifth 100 Crore Hit with Housefull 3

It has happened. Akshay Kumar now has five of his movies in the Rs. 100 Crore Club. With Housefull 3 acquiring Rs. 1.85 crore more on Wednesday and the general accumulations remaining at Rs. 101.50 crore, the performing artist has proceeded with his great run, what with his last discharge Airlift likewise going path past the 100 crore mark.

Before Housefull 3, Akshay has scored a century each with Rowdy Rathore, Housefull 2, Holiday and Airlift. With Housefull 3 ending up being his fifth Rs. 100 crore achievement, he has now gone past Aamir Khan who has four biggies to his name (Ghajini, 3 Idiots, Dhoom 3 and P.K.).
